Current economic conditions demand careful consideration when staffing legal support positions
That’s why I’m in business!
I take on business-related projects that a law firm or solo attorney would otherwise have to assign critical resources to or hire someone to do.
If a law firm has a project that requires more time than their office manager can spare, or if they are simply too small to justify hiring a full-time office manager, then I’m the person to call. I’m well versed in all aspects of running a law office. I’ve managed plaintiff and defense law firms and know the intricacies unique to both. I combine 10+ years of law office management experience with 25+ years of business management experience, which allows me to identify and solve problematic business issues typically encountered by a law firm, as well as the unexpected ones that go unnoticed but can cost a law firm thousands of dollars in unnecessary costs.
No project is too small. In most instances, I charge only a fraction of what I can SAVE a firm or solo attorney.
